Ocean State Job Lot Announces Reopening of Renovated Wakefield Store
Improved floor plan and expanded departments will provide a better, brighter experience for shoppers
North Kingstown, RI – (April 2, 2024) – Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL) is pleased to announce that its Wakefield, Rhode Island location at 688 Kingstown Road will reopen on Wednesday, April 3rd at 10:00 a.m. after a seven-week renovation. The store will be open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
When the store reopens, customers will find a more shopper-friendly layout with wider aisles, new floors, fresh paint, upgraded fixtures, and new inventory including an expanded seasonal department. OSJL has operated a store in Wakefield since 1980; the original Wakefield store was the company’s second store in Rhode Island.
