Shop for Free – Ocean State Job Lot Brings Massive Crazy Deal Grand Opening to New Castle, Delaware
What: Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL) will celebrate the grand opening of its new store in New Castle, DE on Saturday, March 7th at 9:00 a.m. Located in the Penn Mart Shopping Center at 26 Penn Mart Center, the 42,995 square-foot store will be OSJL’s third location in Delaware and its first in New Castle County. The store occupies a space formerly home to Big Lots, continuing OSJL’s strategic repurposing of well-known retail sites. OSJL has opened in 18 other former Big Lots stores since 2025, including in Dover and Seaford. The first 100 shoppers will receive an Ocean State Job Lot gift card ranging in value between $10 – $100.
Grand Opening “Crazy Deal” Highlights: To drive excitement during opening week, OSJL is offering high-value incentives for savvy shoppers:
