Ocean State Job Lot Opens New Store in Warwick, RI

Elected Officials, OSJL Representatives & Lite Rock 105 Mark the Opening of the Rhode Island’s 17^th Store   

Warwick, RI – (November 25, 2024) – Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL) is pleased to announce the opening of its 17^th store in Rhode Island, located at 300 Quaker Lane in Warwick in the former Christmas Tree Shops space. The store is the third and largest OSJL location in Warwick, offering nearly 39,000 square feet of retail shopping space and new job opportunities for the community.

OSJL hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, November 23^rd to celebrate the grand opening, featuring the Mayor of Warwick, Frank Picozzi; Lt. Governor Sabina Matos; State Senator Mark McKenney; and representatives from Ocean State Job Lot, including John Conforti, Chief Financial Officer; Therese Sloane, Store Team Leader; Merrill Reid, District Team Leader; and Curtis Corl, Chief Marketing Officer.

As part of its commitment to the communities in which it does business, the OSJL Charitable Foundation donated 50 warm winter coats to the American Legion Post 43 in Warwick to help underserved veterans and their families stay warm during the colder months.

The celebration also included complimentary donuts courtesy of Poppin Minis Donut Truck, glitter tattoos, and pictures with Santa for children. Job Lot Insiders that made a purchase during the event had the opportunity to win three giveaway items valued at over $400. DJs from Lite Rock 105 were also on-hand for a live broadcast.

OSJL opened new locations in Pembroke, MA and Avon, MA, also former Christmas Tree Shops locations this fall, and will celebrate openings in Holmdel, NJ; Pottstown, PA; Augusta, ME; and St. Alban’s, VT before year’s end.
