Ocean State Job Lot Honored on Newsweek’s ‘America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families 2024’ List

Newsweek partnered with data analytics firm Plant-A Insights Group to create the list of 1,000 U.S. based companies. Results were based on input from more than 113,000 working parents, who provided over 693,000 company reviews nationwide, and a search engine to collect private company data to review key indicators related to how parents feel about their workplace – including programming designed for parents, overall environment, compensation and benefits, and work-life balance.
OSJL is one of three companies in Rhode Island to make the list of 1,000 nationally-ranked organizations, and is the only “general retail” company to be included on the list.
