Ocean State Job Lot to Celebrate Relocated Waterbury, CT Store
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Set for Wednesday, October 1st at 10:00 a.m.
What: Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL), the region’s premier discount retail chain with 176 stores across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, will celebrate the ribbon-cutting of its relocated Waterbury store on Wednesday, October 1 at 10:00 a.m.
OSJL has operated a store in Waterbury for nearly 50 years. After 17 years located at 771 Lakewood Road, OSJL has moved just down the street to 855 Lakewood Road. The new store is in a plaza that OSJL purchased earlier this year, revitalizing a formerly vacant space occupied by Bernie’s and Jump Zone and offering customers nearly 10,000 additional square feet of shopping space.
The expanded 37,000 sq. ft. location provides a brighter layout, easier access, and more parking, creating a more modern and convenient shopping experience for longtime customers.
