Ocean State Job Lot Celebrates Opening of New North Attleborough Store
OSJL to mark opening of 53rd store in Massachusetts and eighth in Bristol County at former Christmas Tree Shops
What: Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL), the region’s premier discount retailer, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 16th at 9:00 a.m. to celebrate the opening of its newest store in Massachusetts, located at 1505 South Washington Street in North Attleborough. The 51,074 sq. ft. store will be OSJL’s 53rd location in the Commonwealth and its eighth in Bristol County. The store will occupy a space formerly home to Christmas Tree Shops and is part of OSJL’s continued investment in repurposing well-known retail sites.
The celebration will start with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9:00 a.m. featuring remarks from local elected officials and OSJL executives. The OSJL Charitable Foundation will also donate “Operation Sleep Well Kits” to Father Bill’s & MainSpring, which provides hope to individuals and families facing a housing crisis on the South Shore and across Southern Massachusetts.
OSJL will continue the grand opening festivities on Saturday, April 19th from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. with free photos with the Easter Bunny, complimentary coffee and hot chocolate from the Presto Strange O Truck, donuts from the Poppin Minis Donut Truck, and henna art for children. All event attendees will also have the opportunity to win one of three $150 Ocean State Job Lot gift cards, and all entrants will be signed up for OSJL’s free Job Lot Insider Club loyalty program.
